  Menu options, customer service, and cleanilness are all excellent, the place just opened so one would hope that they got all the covered (for iced coffee) which they do. 2 problems though... 1. The parking lot. Is a nightmare. Literally wtinessed almost 3 head on accidents in the parking lot (for iced coffee) from these West County moms and teenagers being oblivious to their surroundings. Going up roads that are one way in the wrong direction. People trying to get to the actual drive through entrance as wrecklessly as possible, just to beat another car to the drive through (for iced coffee). Now they have to have a police presence directing traffice, 2 cops to direct traffic in a parking lot (for iced coffee). Whoever designed the lot seems to have not done a very thorough job of having it flow and make sense, and whoever in the County who saw those plans and said "Yeah looks fine" needs a new position because it ain't fine. 2. Its a little dystopian. They have these poor employees out in the pouring rain, literally in a storm, wearing what can only be described as a body bag with a plastic window, holding signs and just pointing at the building as Manchester traffic sped by in the typhoon like condtions. Again all for iced coffee. So if you like dodging minivans and Jeep wranglers for iced coffee then this is THE place to be.

  Very impressed with how many employees they have working at all times! You are in and out in no time at all! Reasonably priced and drinks are delicious. The parking lot can be a bit of a confusing mess but they’re still newly opened and that may take time to work out of the kinks.

  Worst customer service ever!!! The girl who was going to take my order said she could find my number as their system had changed recently. She said can I sign you up? I said sure. She was jumping around and playing with her coworker and I asked what the christmas holiday drink was she told me after I asked twice. When she went to tell me she was looking backwards and laughing with her coworker. I said no but where is the menu as I had sat waiting for quite a bit of time and their screen hadn't changed. She said I will get you one. She brought it back and I went to ask a question and she said someone else can help me and ran off to talk and giggle with her other coworkers. Needless I said never mind I will take my business elsewhere and left.
