  My food was cold and disgusting. left a review in the app, and of course nobody has gotten back to me just like last time. this location is terrible, wait times, quality of food, terrible communication. i waited 50 minutes for a mobile order in the drive through one day and got to the window and it still wasn’t done and it was all messed up when it did come out. this time, i still had to wait on my order just for it to be freezing cold. and then no managers ever contact me back about having issues. i guess i just have to make the drive to osage or versailles because i will not be going to this location anymore.

  terrible service, never answer the phone just let's it ring and ring, try to ask for info on where your food is and no one will help..after how the old business was you would think they would of changed the way they did things but sure hasn't changed one bit

  Was ordering food and while waiting around girl was cleaning the lobby and the other girl asked her if she did the bathrooms and she said no i can look and then the other girl said the bathroom was included in the lobby being snarky towards the girl cleaning the lobby. Then the other girl proceeded to tell another employee that she was going to write up the girl cleaning the lobby if she said something else. But to my opinion that was unprofessional and workplace bullying! I hope the girl cleaning realizes the unhealthy work environment she is in and finds a better job because that's not worth it. Unimpressed!
