  Got the Big Mac but could hardly taste the burger it was so small and thin and it was all thrown together in the box and the middle bun was on the side and on the other order the pickles weren’t even on the burger 🍔 kinda pathetic tbh like do your job right

  Drive thru at 530pm with one 1 car at the pick up window in front of me. 3 sandwiches, 1 fry and 2 drinks. Fries cold and 1 sandwich was so cold the cheese wasnt even melted plus the bun was rock hard around the edges. This sandwich was being eaten within a half mile of leaving the drive thru. Called the store. Girl was nice, apologized and said she would tell them to throw out the fries. I told her I even had to pull into a spot and just thought with such a small order the fries were being cooked. That was not the case. With as high as food is these days a little more pride needs to be taken. I believe if I wouldn't eat I sure wouldn't serve it to someone else.

  I Use drive thru. For 5 consecutive visits I was shorted an item. Other times I had the person that carried it out check and he corrected the order. Today 2/20/26 I was in a hurry so I took the bag and drove off. When I got home I was shorted an item. I believe is deliberate because it is consistent every time I drive thru. Either check your order before you drive away or do not go to this McDonalds.

  My card declined and I was just trying to get what was approved cancelled because I didn’t have enough on me to cover the rest. Let’s just say the amazing worker in there did not let me leave hungry or thirsty, truly saved my day thank you so much!!
