Every time I ask for a sweet tea light ice, it's always FILLED to the BRIM with ice. Then I leave with disappointment.. Overall I've had mostly good experiences tho.

Last Saturday I stopped on my way out of town they double charged me $17.75 I called when I realized what happened which was 4pm that day. I got told to call their 1800 number, I did they told me to call the store I did, then they called, then I called back they said it would be 24-48 hours for an "investigation" it's been a WEEK! I still don't have my money back they had no problem taking it in seconds yet I have to wait weeks!! It's $20 dollars! I am going to the BBB I am also going to be making another call at this point $17.75 back isn't going to cut it!! Y'all this is Theft by the store, the manager, and the crew everyone is responsible for this theft! $17.75 might not seem like a lot and I should let it go but it's a lot when you are Low income with people not caring just so they can line their pockets! I am not the only one I know they have probably done this to at this point I WILL NOT be going back to this location! I will receive my $17.75 back and y'all better have a better resolve for this and not just some coupons for a couple cents off some food!!!
