Went in on 1/1/26 9:00 to get my standard morning bacon egg and cheese on flatbread when the large lady started cheering that they don’t have flatbread anymore actually cheering like would have jumped on the air if it had been possible for her or gravity reversed. As a customer who only orders flatbread from subway it seams like poor customer service to cheer in someone’s face when there choice is un available. Do I left with no breakfast and a pretty low opinion of subway overall

Two people in the front chit chat more than they work. They took their time doing one small order and couldn’t do more than one order at a time(Multi tasking) they would stop what they were doing to just chat. Vegetables did not look fresh. They were really low on supply’s. Maybe didn’t have time to restock since they were chatting. I could see people were getting impatient waiting

I have came here many times and no matter how busy they are they only have one person up front and it takes 30 plus minutes to get served. The subway to the south in Bethany always has three up front. So much better.
