I was exhausted from work, went to pick up some Wendy’s with the family (my two young little girls) and the young gentleman at the window was SO RUDE. Talking over my husband the entire time he was trying to order, then was confused with the order and responded with “wait, hold up” and then continued to have a disrespectful tone when my husband asked to repeat the order to make sure it was correct and smarted off with “ITS ALL CORRECT” in the middle of my husband speaking.. and then proceeded to make himself look like a fool by reading an incorrect total while trying to cut off my husband once again.. We drove off and will not be back. To the gentleman taking our order, It was two number 9’s one with a coke, one with a Dr Pepper. And two kids, two piece chicken with sprite.

Then decided to scream my total at me and not even read my order back to me as a courtesy just to make sure he got my order right. I immediately left the drive thru and will not be going back. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. 0/10 I hope this message gets to the right person because he's at the wrong place of employment.

I contacted them and they hung up on me after I asked them basic questions. I am disappointed that these people can't treat people at a basic level with human respect. I will be complaining!
