I called to ask for a replacement and the gentleman would not replace since it had been 2 weeks. I was shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful the worker was. This is the second time ordering pizza the last few weeks, we get the 19.99 deal, so 2 pizzas and cheese sticks, we always make sure to put in the notes to make sure to cook the pizza longer. You don’t. It’s to the point of why do you have a “note” box. The Dexter location needs employees who can read. You double cooked the one pizza that didn’t need it and kept the other one so damn floppy we had to throw it in the oven to cook it more
