I had to drag my pregnant sick self and my 2 small children out of the house and come get it myself. If I wanted to do that I would have just ordered through the drive through in the first place. There was absolutely no care about pleasing the customer, or offering to fix any of their mess up the RIGHT way. I am very unsatisfied and highly disappointed that this is how they treat their customers.

I allowed myself extra time to get his food and still get there on time. I finally get to the window and I'm asked to pull forward. It's not even like I can pull away because of the way they have their drive through. 19 minutes and still no food. 22 minutes.
