Asked if we wanted Arby’s sauce and/or Horsey sauce we said both and only got Ketchup Very dry and flavorless without the sauces Main reason I ever go there is the Horsey sauce. We should’ve brought it all back and asked for another order hot with the sauces as we asked for, but had something else we had to do work wise

Sometimes the roast beef is sliced a little to thick and or sandwich may be cold but other then that I never have n e problems with my food.

OK food, about average for fast food. It's always slow to get orders, but they are usually correct so I'll take that. Have had issues with untrained and rude Staff (only one person) arguing about incorrectly sealed delivery orders in the past, but that seems corrected or I have not experienced it in 3 months. They seem to care a bit above average but the process they are given makes service really slow
