- TDTony DiazDec 31, 20251.0This chipotle is the most unsanitary thing I had. The workers dont wear nothing to protect their hair and most of them have long hair. One worker seem like he just woke up from bed. Food residue is all over the place, seems like they dont wipe anything until they leave.

But what’s the point of gloves if you are going to contaminate with your germs while serving customers? He was wearing glasses. Please teach your workers proper hygiene this is how everyone gets sick!

One of the employees — a lady working behind the counter — was extremely rude while taking our order. She acted impatient and dismissive, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my sister found a strand of hair right on top of her bowl. That’s completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food handling. We were both very disappointed and honestly shocked at how unprofessional the service was. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the staff behavior and sanitation issues so this doesn’t happen to anyone else
- SSS SOct 7, 20251.0Can't review the food, only the service or lack there of. Store opens at 11, got there a little after and nothing was out yet. Waited until a little after 1120 and still nothing out with them just starting to grill some of the meat. If you open at 11 you should be prepared to serve at 11. By 20 minutes after opening you shouldn't have just started cooking the meats. Will not be back.
