  Amazing customer service! The young lady working the drive through ran after our car with the shake that was missed. We were just going to go in and grab it but didn’t even need to. Love it!

  I'm gonna say this in the nicest way. Ya'll need to get it together. I don't care what other people say about who you donate to or any of that nonsense , but they've never been able to touch your customer service. But this place has been falling apart. I've been there 3 times in the past month.And every single time the wait is ridiculous. The employees look like they're all brand new and have no idea what they're doing. And this last time, my French fries were not only cold, but they didn't make the coffee correctly and the guy knew it And he kept looking at me and looking at the coffee and the other girl's like , just tell her , we don't have any vanilla in a super annoyed tone. Instead of just politely telling me which would have been no big deal. She talked to him like I wasn't right in front of them. And I was like , it's okay if you don't have the syrup , it's not a big deal , but then they added sugar packets without even asking and it was all over the top of the ice. But standing there talking about me in front of me while acting like I wasn't there was just super awkward. Definitely have some sketch employees , and the floor was filthy. I don't know what happened to the management there or the employees, but this used to be by far the best place I'd ever eaten. Now it's a mess. And all 3 times were at different times/days. So its not just one crew. I'm guessing ya'll got a toxic manager and all the good employees left. 🤷‍♀️ you should fix that.

  The management is not friendly. Instead of 30 counts grilled nuggets received 25. I complained but the manager did not care.

  We eat here all the time now with my job being where it is. It is convenient on the way home stop just off of I270-S headed home. They have wonderful food and always fast and friendly. The food is great although a tad expensive in my opinion but many places are adjusting to this also. I guess we will keep coming as long as it makes sense to do so and are able. I love their chicken sandwich meal w/ waffle fries and awesome lemon-aid. That is my favorite.My wife loves their southwest salad with salsa dressing and a cup of chicken noodle soup. It is our go-to meals here. Friendly staff and they always have some sort of flowers or table decorations there which is a nice touch. A little more romantic for me and my wife.
