  I don't think I have ever left a food before but I bin thinking about this for 2 weeks lol The workers are nice but I have naver hade taco ball done so bad my food and my friends food looked like a sad example of Taco Bell like when people say they don't like Taco Bell it's bc of taco bells like this one my quesadilla was the thinest quesadilla I have ever hade it hade very little sauce the steak on my quesadilla looked very off even for fast food meat very disappointed DeSoto

  This is the second time in a row we didn’t get everything we ordered. This time I checked before I left and went in and asked for missing items. However the missing item was cinnamon twists. The oil they fried them in was so old it was disgusting and ruined the taste of the rest of the meal. Unfortunately we saved them until last. Change your oil. It’s gross.

  Went through drive thru super late. The line got backed up and others where driving off but staff was friendly despite being under staffed I assume and food was correct.

  Me and my family dined in all the food was cold. The hard tacos were broken. The meat dip was cold they were out of tea. They were out of sauce, avocado stackers we order was nothing but a tortilla with no chicken and no sauce on it. This place is horrible I stood in line waiting to get heard for 20 minutes before the guy acknowledging me and then waited another 10 minutes before he actually served me. Literally sat in there by the register for 30 minutes before they would take my order. This is unacceptable. Don’t come to the Soto Taco Bell is horrible

  The employees were kind and the food was good. However, they were out of utensils and didn't say a word about it to us. Had to walk to another restaurant just to be able to eat my fiesta potatoes. They were also out of every single diet drink while I was there and sugary soda makes me sick. Disappointing experience, unfortunately.
