  Rose from the DeSoto location was wonderful! Pizza was excellent and a good price for our large family. Did I mention they have a drug thru?!

  Made the order at 7pm. Received text at 7:18 that it is on it's way. We live less than 15 minutes away so at 7:40 I started trying to call. I was connected to someone who stated "deliveries must be behind" i let him know its been over 30 minutes since I got the text its on the way (by the time I got connected) and he said oh let me get you to the locals! I wait on the phone some more and I hear one Hello?! I said hello back and they hung up. I tried to call back and got a different man with a heavy accent and asked if it was my local store he said " no ill connect you" I never got connected but the driver finally showed up. She said she was sorry for the wait she's the only driver. My personal pan pizza is made on pre-made breadsticks because they were "out of personal pan pizza dough". Food was luke warm or cold and the cheese in the melt wasnt even melted.

  Refused to cook my wings more than one minute more than “recommended time” said it’s against the rules. It’s BS. He didn’t want to do it. Won’t be back. I refuse to pay 22 dollars for 12 wings to be raw when I get them. I asked for 12 minutes (extra 5) he refused. I asked for my money back. Horrible place officially done with Pizza Hut. As a chef, I’m disgusted by the way things are done here. Maybe drug screen your employees.

  Shout out to Desoto Pizza Hut! The always have the best made chain pizza 🍕 and their crew is phenomenal 🙌 Happy New Year everyone!
