  Update after McDonald's comment: Well, look at that... didn't even read my full comment (my edit at the end was done well before they replied). Did exactly what I said not to do. Maybe, instead of trying to save face (too late), work on the plethora of issues that everyone else has pointed out. Replying with a generic blurb and link to something that obviously isn't taken seriously (or read) does not make you look better. If you read the feedback, you'd understand why you're receiving such negative reviews. Your customers are raising concerns. You pretend to care publicly and then do nothing. Wouldn't you be upset if you were given your ice cream at the window then are sat in a spot for 30+ minutes waiting for a happy meal (that you pre-ordered in the app)? Now, you have given your customer two problems along with their cold, stale, and/or incorrect meal... a hungry kid and melted ice cream. Really, it's 3 problems: you have to come back in when the order isn't right (hopefully they don't have to haul said hangry kid in with them to get the order fixed). I am more than happy to wait if the precedence of where I'm at is that you either order ahead or expect to wait. No one expects to wait 30+ minutes at a fast food place almost every time just to get cold, half-full containers that look 30+ minutes old. This location used to be good. Pre-2020, really, no complaints. Bring back the old manager(s); sell to a new owner who cares. Take pride in something since your friends and neighbors are who pour money into this snake pit. Do something. --- original review before "customer care team" comment --- This is by far the worst McDonalds in the midwest. Zero stars. Tried again tonight. Ordered ahead. Sat waiting in the drive through for over 30 minutes with no line. Got home to a large fry that was cold and not even half full (really, 1/3 full - it looks like they pulled them from the trash after someone else was done). This is typical of this location. Your food will be semi-hot/lukewarm or correct. You cannot get both. Ever. Mine was neither tonight. Another time, I ordered a McNugget happy meal and was given a burger patty in a McNugget box covered in onions and ketchup. Took it back in and they said it was intended for another customer who had asked them to fix another order (they were mad and were trying to make her angrier after they had messed up her order twice already - employees thought it was hilarious). My best guess is that they were watching the Blues game instead of working tonight. There was an enormous cheer after the Blues scored on the radio in my car. Worst location. Stay away. Edit: to the "owner": do not reply with your stupid survey/feedback link. It's not like anything will change. This restaurant has gotten steadily worse over the past 5 years. I've been to McDonalds all over the world, and this one is, by far, the worst and it's not even close.

  Food was exactly how I awarded it. Everything was great service was amazing and on top of everything.They were very busy props to the team.Keep up the good work

  I watched an employee use their phone and go back to working with food without washing their hands. Makes me concerned for food contamination.
