They were out of sauce, avocado stackers we order was nothing but a tortilla with no chicken and no sauce on it. This place is horrible I stood in line waiting to get heard for 20 minutes before the guy acknowledging me and then waited another 10 minutes before he actually served me. Literally sat in there by the register for 30 minutes before they would take my order. This is unacceptable. Don’t come to the Soto Taco Bell is horrible

Had to walk to another restaurant just to be able to eat my fiesta potatoes. They were also out of every single diet drink while I was there and sugary soda makes me sick. The crew working at the DeSoto store are the best, and the food is almost always the best. With TWO terrible exceptions. The DeSoto store can NEVER keep their grease changed out often enough to get rid of the rancid old taste on Mexican pizzas, and cinnamon twists. And speaking of cinnamon twists, WHY is this store so completely KAREN stingy with the cinnamon? Really, are you making a killing off of the cinnamon and grease your saving? Let’s make some improvements here.
