Went there 4 times in the past 2 weeks. First time I got there an hour before they closed and was told the grills were already turned off. The second time I was 5 spots from the door in 60 degree weather and was told to move closer to the door because she didn't want to walk that far. Third time my wife ordered some drinks online when I got there I was told they don't do drink carriers anymore. The last time I was told that they no longer do ice cream eventho its on there app and menu. I will no longer be going to this location ever again.

I was unable to order. We arrived 20+ minutes before closing and the worker informed us they closed in 3 minutes and already turned everything off

Went twice on 11/30/25 waited 15 minutes each time with no response' button stayed red. Just had a important question for a manager. It's a good thing I wasn't there for food! Phone calls are useless too.

Absolutely awful! I had placed an online order for some drinks and on the way in I decided to get some food as-well. I pull up to drive thru and say I’m here for online pick up and would like to order some food as-well. They said ok, i begin explaining what food I want with no answer. They hung up on me in drive thru. So I go back around to try again, they said that didn’t happen but whatever.
I order a mayo supersonic bacon cheese burger. After waiting for 10 min I get the food, and drinks. Both cups are soaked, but whatever I’m not real picky. Upon arriving at home to sit down and eat, I get a burger with bacon and mayo…no lettuce, no tomato, NO CHEESE!
I call up there to ask how the sandwich was made, explained my awful experience, and was told none of it ever happened! I am absolutely flabbergasted at the performance and attitude that I have received from this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.
