I am tired of giving my money to a company that cannot manage to serve correct, edible food. Most of the time, my food is cold by the time I get it. The fries are almost always nasty — soggy, stale, or clearly old — and the nuggets are so overcooked they are rock hard. On one occasion, they were so hard I literally chipped a tooth. That should never happen from eating fast food, yet here we are. On top of that, my orders are frequently wrong or food is forgotten altogether. People come to McDonald’s because it is supposed to be fast and convenient, especially during work lunch breaks when time is limited. Instead, I’m stuck checking bags, dealing with mistakes, or leaving frustrated and hungry because I don’t have time to come back and fix your errors. This level of carelessness shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time, money, and basic expectations. I am paying for hot, fresh food — not cold meals, nasty fries, rock-hard nuggets, or missing items. At this point, I am seriously questioning why I should continue spending my money at McDonald’s if this is the standard you find acceptable. I expect this issue to be addressed, because what I’ve experienced is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable
