I give it a zero if I could. I waited 15 minutes for an online order that I had placed, just to be ignored by the staff and told that they make online orders basically whenever they feel like it. So in other words there's nothing to be gained ordering it online

DO NOT waste your time ordering here. It has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Our orders are never right or even warm anymore. They also want to be stingy on chips. Multiple people waiting on online orders and we were all told that it would be another 40 minutes for white rice as they continued to help everyone in line that ordered after us. We keep trying to give them another chance but it’s not getting any better.

This location has really gone downhill! The employees - especially the women with the partial shave and pony tails, dark hair - are just so rude. I remember the employees used to be cool and sweet. The only nice employee was the man, light hair, who rung out my order at the end. No greeting from the women, slow as molasses, no personality, no eye contact while taking my order, no thank you. There were 4 people working, only one person in front of me, and it took probably 10 minutes before they asked for my order. They were just…stale. “White or brown, black or pinto, protein?” And when I’d answer, they were expressionless and seemed inconvenienced. I asked for guac on the side and she filled a 2oz container *maybe* half way, I asked for more and she said, “you can pay for a 4oz container.” They asked me 3x what my order was when I went to pay. THEN they asked for a tip and I literally laughed out loud. It’s really too bad, this location used to be a regular for us. I think we will head to Chipotle from now on.

This is my absolute favorite Qdoba to visit. The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and helpful (special shout out to Maddie!). Portions are exactly as I ask them to be and the service is super quick. What more can you ask for? I've lived in this area for seven years and have eaten at this Qdoba countless times and never had a bad experience!

Walked in and was immediately overwhelmed by an employee yelling (Loud and rude) to all of the waiting pick up orders. Letting them know it would be 30 minutes. She told them to CANCEL their orders and go somewhere else. We stood in line to order, I was with my young daughter, son and husband. The atmosphere was stale and harsh. The employees looked scared of the yeller. They looked like they were all under her spell. I ordered a bowl, the black beans were scraped off the bottom of the container (yuck), got the last half a scoop of cheese, they were out of guac. Mid order they yelled they were out of chips for the night. This was 6:30 on a Saturday! Mt kids wanted chips so we decided to leave, we let them know and the same rude employee that was yelling on the way in, was yelling on the way out, “go up the road to chipotle” again, the other employees looked scared. The yeller can be described as a lady with dark hair, shaved everywhere but a little pony and with a big attitude.
