Apparently nothing has changed from your previous bad reviews, I am in the business, and I was appalled at the filth and lack of enthusiasm from any of the employees as well as there was no sense of urgency to help people. I am very disappointed that a corporate company could allow any of their locations to be in such horrible condition and pass any sort of health inspection!

The person taking my order licked and yes I said licked her finger to grab a glove to begin making my food. I wish I got her name but it was the lady with the bull nose ring. Needless to say I left with nothing because I couldn't justify paying for a meal when everything I wanted wasn't ready or someone licking their fingers to grab fresh gloves.

It was the overpowering smell that told me to walk out, but I decided to o brave it out. My bowl was pretty good. Steak, veggies,and cheeses. I ordered the large guac and chips as well. Took my food and left. When I opened my bag, that same pungent smell came back. They looked good, but tasted like burnt plastic of some sorts. They were not crisp and tasted soaked of dirty disgusting oil, or something foreign. Same as the smell. Just awful.
