Stopped in for a quick lunch today and we were greeted immediately after walking in the door even with a line at the counter. Everyone was smiling and friendly and you could feel a positive atmosphere upon entering. Anijah (sp?) took our order and caught me off guard with how friendly and personable she was as you don't normally receive that kind of service at other restaurants. So wanted to highlight her for that. The rest of the crew there (Hayden, Rasheed, Lamar), I hope I didn't mispell any of your names, were constantly moving, cleaning, stocking, or prepping orders. Hearing them all communicate it looked like a well managed team. Which brings me to James, the manager. He must be doing something right and excel as a leader as they had my order done before I even paid for it; seriously, I was handed my sandwich right after swiping my card. Immediately thought of the Jimmy John's commercials. But he was very friendly, helpful, and was leading by example with his staff. I can't say I have had a bad experience at a Jimmy John's, but this was definitely the best and I wanted to take a minute to highlight that location, the staff named above, and the manager on duty, James.
I want to gripe because I’m hungry. I'm working a 16 hour shift. I tried the new original gyro and it was great. I was given salami instead of provolone for birthday slim. Customer mix up! Salami sandwich was written on bag next to mine!Unfortunately I used my free original slim birthday reward and it turned out to be a nightmare. So I guess I'm working the night shift with no sandwich. I hope my blood sugar stays stabilized so I can care for these residents at this nursing home. ANYWAY , I used my reward and selected all appropriate boxes on the app. ADD NAPKINS ✅️
CUT IN HALF ✅️
LEAVE ON THE SHELF ? NO CHECK". Oh wow! I WAS GIVEN A SALAMI SUB INSTEAD OF MY FREE PROVOLONE BIRTHDAY SLIM. I do not eat pork; havent since I gave it up when dad had heart failure. No one eats it in my home. I went to pick up my provolone cut in half and gyro BUT I had a gyro ✔️ cool gyro for evening shift🚫no napkins & 🚫no provolone sandwich for night shift but SALAMI instead 🚫IT WAS LEFT ON THE SHELF and 🚫nothing cut in half. I have been it nursing 20 years.
I DO NOT WANT MY FOOD IN THE VACINITY OF ANY OTHER RANDOM HUMANS REACH. I did not select leave on shelf.
I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IN APP IF it COULD NOT BE PLACED THERE..I WAS THERE WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF THEM MAKING THE ORDER.
😅😅😅 Upon arrival, my first thought was : How can an empty sandwich shop with no customers make this kind of mix up?
Good thing I had chips & salsa packed as a snack to help me through the night. I'll make it; I'm sure, but fo
r now: IM HANGRY 😜

This is the worst Jimmy John's. The first time I went there I ordered a Turkey Tom..It was to go and when I got to work yo eat it, it was some sort of roast beef..it was not even good... and I dont like roast beef. ..and I was the only customer in the store!I tried them again today. Staff rude. I asked for them to please cut it in half. We'll it wasn't, and it had one slice of turkey on it! Horrible! I will not be going back
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an experience with a local Jimmy John’s location that has resulted in the loss of my business.
In late August 2025 (I believe August 27), I placed a large lunch order—over $200—for a scheduled, time-specific, in-office meeting with an important business client. Before leaving the store, I specifically asked the employee whether everything was included in the bag and was assured that it was.
Upon arriving at my client’s office, I discovered that numerous items were missing from the order. This was both embarrassing and disruptive, as I was forced to leave the client meeting to return to the store to retrieve the remaining items. While I did not request compensation, I was issued a $40 store credit for the inconvenience.
For context, I host in-office business lunches approximately 3–4 times per year and have consistently used this same Jimmy John’s location, typically spending over $200 per order.
In February 2026, when attempting to use a portion of the credit, the cashier informed me he could not locate it in the system, although he mentioned they were experiencing issues viewing other customers’ credits as well. He was professional, pleasant, and respectful throughout the interaction.
Unfortunately, my experience with the General Manager was the opposite. When I called the store to resolve the issue, she was dismissive and rude. She stated she could not find the credit and inaccurately claimed it was “a year old,” when in fact it had been just under six months. Although I initially could not locate my paper receipt, I accessed the full order details—including order number and receipt—through my online account. She refused to accept this documentation and was unwilling to work toward a solution.
The original mistake was inconvenient but understandable. What is far more disappointing is the unwillingness to correct the issue and the unprofessional manner in which it was handled. As a result, I will no longer use this Jimmy John’s location or any other for business lunches or personal purchases.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both operational accuracy and customer service standards.
