the front lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. didn’t greet me until i just awkwardly stared her down. blew me off, however you spell her name .. aneesa is rude as hell. i don’t know how this place stays open with workers like that. a joke.

Ordered to go. Lady behind pick up counter was not friendly at all. Disappointing. On top of that after we picked up our order and left, one of the sandwiches was missing but we were traveling and couldn't go back.

This is the best Panera in St. Louis. I live in North County and will drive to this location because of the great customer service and great food. The staff is always accommodating and it's always clean inside. This is def my go to spot!

This store is old. Everything is worn out, stained. And tired. The seats cushioning is flat. Seems short staffed and unkempt. Ceiling tiles are stained. Food on par for Panera. Coffee is hit or miss in terms of temperature and availability
