Employees are rude, i was waiting for my pick up order and instead of making my meal, employees were just taking time to talk to each other. So much attitude from the employees when you wait there. Half of the ingredients were stale and overall food tasted and smelled off. They made me wait 10 minutes without any update and i had to threw out the food because of weird smell. Very disappointing.

Made her throw the entire bowl away and went somewhere else.

When the Qdoba worker answered the phone, she was very polite, and helpful. This instantly made us say “she was so nice, we definitely need to grab food from here.” Fast forward 5 minutes later and we arrive to the store. We were instantly greeted upon entering by a friendly worker named Lachelle. She was very nice, listened to each of our orders without issues, and made our orders perfectly! This honestly was the best service I’ve had at a takeout restaurant since the pandemic. It’s amazing what someone with a good attitude can do, especially with her having to work New Year’s Eve, and we walk into the restaurant 1 hour before closing. Once we arrived at home, the food tasted great, chips were warm and not stale, which seems to be the normal when getting chips from a similar restaurant. I am 100% satisfied with my food and the service I received at the store! Lachelle is definitely a great asset to this store!
