So shoutout to him cause everyone else was NOT in a good mood. Now I get it, working in food service can be tough. I worked in food service for 6 years! But you need to be kind to your customers. The girl at the register was so rude. She was putting my food into a bag and spilled half of it out into the bag. And it leaked out while driving home. We got chips on the side and she didn’t give them to us. And right after she checked us out, she walked out of the building leaving her coworkers down a person. So very disappointing experience overall

I tipped them 20% and I had ordered extra rice and when I got my bowl it looked like a normal amount of rice which I paid extra for. I work two jobs in food service too so I understand what it’s like dealing with customers. But these workers always seem so annoyed at having to do their job. None of them seem to have a sense of urgency either. The foods good but the service is bad and not friendly
