  Not happy. IDC if you're closing, or not, soon. Don't advertise shrimp, if you're not going to make it. They wanted to go home, I understand. But, don't act like a customer is an inconvenience.

  do not eat here at all. i am so done with this location. i have tried it so many times and keep telling my self "maybe it will be better this time" but it wont... tonight i got a bowl and it was the saltiest low portioned meal ever.. i could not take more this 2 bites. for over $10 and after asking for a tip this ruined my night. i work hard for my money and had to waste it like that. they don't give you much and cant cook right. THE RICE WAS NOT COOK ALL THE WAY AS WELL. -200/10. would not care if this location got shut down, and i actually mean that.

  Im sorry but this place is terrible, it’s so bad. The food portions have dropped to where you’re paying $12 for a quarter of the bowl… that wouldn’t be such a huge problem It wasn’t for the fact that the food they give you is absolutely terrible. The rice is not cooked and it is the most saltiest meal you’ll ever have. I’ve tried this place multiple times and every time its disappointing. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELS.

  My husband ran to get food ordered on app for our son's birthday party. He even asked "is this everything," not knowing what I ordered, but felt like something was wrong, and the person said yes. When he arrived home, the order was missing all hot items- chicken, beans, rice, cheese dip from 2 orders of the family meal. He had to drive back to get it. I called the manager, who offered no apologies, but said it would be ready. Even once he returned, they didnt seal the beans well, and they leaked all over his car.

  I went through the drive thru, when I got home, the order was wrong, I asked for 2 scoops of Rice, there wasn't any rice. When I returned, it was remade, but I asked for discount or something for the trouble of my time and gas. The manager said, we remade it but will not offer any further discounts. I asked for a refund, and she gave the refund, then promptly tossed both bowls in the trash right in front me for show. I thought that was incredibly rude. If it's Qdoba's policy to not discount for their error and doesn't care about your customers time and money for gas. Then Hannah, the manager on shift at this location, was just following policy. However, making show and tossing both bowls in the trash right in front me was a bit much. Customer Service starts at the Management level and down, so it's no surprise this location has such a low rating when Manager's act like this.
