    Absolutely! The worst Krispy Kreme location I have ever been to. My mother and daughter came through there just a week or so ago they didn't have two or three of the donuts even in stock so they asked for a cup of coffee. The coffee machine wasn't working either. I have been by there two or three times while they are advertised being open that they have been closed. And now there is a sign on the drive-thru order board that is old and folded up. You have to get out of your vehicle to read it to let you know that they are closed because the machines are down. The management in this place is an absolute joke. I just sat behind a couple older folks who sat at the drive-thru order board for about 5 minutes then drove off. Obviously there are people there. The back door's open. There's cars in the parking lot. The lights are on but not one of them came out to say hey we're closed. So this couple just sat there. After they pulled off I pulled up. Saw the paper. Got out of my vehicle to look at it and it said they were closed. Absolutely horrible place

    Normally I love Krispy Kreme, but sadly to say, if this were my first time visiting one, I would never eat them again. The lobby was closed for what appeared to be no reason, so it was drive through only, which made it that much harder. The person on the speaker box wasn't all that excited to be working, and was hard to hear. Then it took a while once we got to the window for them to come to it with out stuff. Then after we left, we noticed that at least 3 of our 12 donuts were wrong. They also tasted like they were at least a day old, and had been sitting out. Not fresh at all. My wife rated them a 4 out of 10 quality, which says a lot.

    Lobby Closed, Card only. We were told they didn’t have two of our donuts for our order and that our order would need to be refunded. Then we were told they could make our donuts and it would be five about minutes. We had ordered online in advanced for our order, but still waited the five minutes so we could get the donuts we wanted, and then all of our donuts were cold still cold including the ones we waited for that they had initially told us they didn’t have. Employees didn’t seem happy to help us in the confusion and just rushed us to the window and handed us a dozen cold donuts without any thought. Seems like the normal for this location.

    Pretty upset and disappointed. I put in a pick up order that printed to them at 8:08am on their ticket. I ordered a dozen selected build your own donuts. We couldn’t go inside to grab it so we waited in line for over 30 minutes to get to the window with our box not even ready.. also 3 selected donuts not available and given out already. They ran out according to them. No phone call.. nothing. Our box was supposed to be ready by 8:15am.. so he made it sound like multiple people ahead of us got some of our selected donuts after our pre ordered donuts that should’ve been ready by 8:15am. Doesn’t make sense to me considering it should’ve been ready to go out the window. Then when I asked for a refund and to get a dozen glazed.. they couldn’t refund the difference. They had to refund the full amount and me repurchase a dozen glazed. The drive through guy said he will have to do it later. Are you serious? The manager didn’t even try to come to the window and the poor drive through worker.. didn’t even know what to do. Cold and barely glazed donuts as well. I get being short staffed but this was pretty bad with management and time management. Let’s just say it was very poor service. I will be watching for my refund.

    I went to the store to get doughnuts from the drive through. I tried to pay with cash and was told they only accept credit cards it bothered me a bit because I was just ordering 3 so I gave my credit card. The process of running my credit card took several minutes. When he came back he gave me my receipt and card back but turned around to get my doughnuts that took another several minutes. I thanked him and started to drive out but stopped to eat one of the doughnuts, this is when things went from bad to worse my doughnuts were ice cold like they had been in a freezer and the glaze was st that point where it has broken down and it’s sticky wet. So I pulled into a spot and went inside. The whole restaurant was a mess doughnut racks everywhere some full some empty anda few employees sitting around a few doing some work. I asked for my money back do to the mess I have felt with. They said they would give me some that were fresh I asked if you have fresh ones why did I get old ones out of a freezer? The person helping me said I didn’t do that, I said no but this store did why would an employee give bad doughnuts that should be in the trash? Again she said I didn’t do that. The young man who did all of this was standing 10 feet away and never apologized or acknowledged his wrong doing. I left and will get all of my doughnuts elsewhere.
