  Lobby closed… Hot light was on but got a box full of ice cold donuts. Walked back to the drive through window and was told there weren’t any on the line, but they were made today. Look, these donuts are at best mediocre if they aren’t fresh off the line. Go somewhere else for better donuts “made today”.

  Placed an order online a day in advance, took my money arrived at scheduled pickup time for the location to be "temporarily closed" even though it states online its open and normal business hours. There were people inside walking past the drive thru window ignoring me after seeing me try to open the door to pickup my order. They didnt answer the phone. I honked until someone finally came and told me my order wasn't made and to come back later, stating it would be made. I leave and 5 min later they called to say they would not make my order because they dont have enough donuts to decorate. I guess it's my fault for assuming a donut shop makes donuts. Said they were short staffed and close when they cant fond enough help. Maybe shut this location down. This isn't the first time they've screwed me over and heard its happening frequently to others. They didnt even refund me. I called customer service to get that started. Horrible way to run a business. I went to Dunkin last minute and had zero problems and it was cheaper. Dont waste your money

  This place is garbage, never helpful, always only glazed doughnuts. Never waste your time or money here. They just shoved a box of glazed doughnuts in my delivery drivers hands for a box of up-charges assorted dozen instead of canceling the order. I will never give krispy cream my time or Money at any location ever again. This is round 6 of me attempting to get doughnuts from krispy cream this year and not one time has it worked out. Lost a customer for life.

  I will start off by saying Krispy Kreme is my favorite cheat day meal. However, when I show up early morning on Sundays or in this case 2:00 p.m. and there is a menu full of items to choose from and the person over the drive-thru speaker tells me they only have original glazed and no coffee. I don't understand how this business is still going. If I were to guess I would say it's more laziness than anything else. I just wanted a cream-filled glazed donut and coffee with cream and sugar. It has been like this every single time I've been here for the past year. I didn't want to write this review.

  It is frequent that we try to order from this location and without fail every time we have issues and the issues are similar. They are supposed to be open at 6am and I got there Sunday at 720. There was a cart in front of the drive through and all doors were locked. The inside restaurant is a disaster (as seen from the windows out side). Lights were off. I called the number listed and a young boy answered the phone noting that they open the drive through at 700am. Mind you it was 720am and everything was closed up. I went around to the window to pick up my online order that was supposed to be ready at 645am. The girl opened the window with eyes half opened, did not offer a greeting and waited for me to initiate conversation. I asked for my order. She closed the window and I watched her walk into the restaurant to pack up my box (so not ready when I got there). She hands me the box without and acknowledgment and then shut the window. I opened the box to find burnt, disgraceful looking Peanuts character donuts. Like I said this is not my first experience with this. I have also been refunded for orders that were not ready and no one answering the door, and we have had issues with staff many times getting disgruntled about having to unlock the door often due to not having donuts made for sale. There is not another location close by so I keep hoping for change but this is extremely disappointing!
