Twice I have placed an online order here and when I showed up I was told the items I ordered were out of stock and that they were giving me a refund, but they kept my money. After the first instance I reached out to customer service but they never responded. The second time I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They never offered me an alternative, they just said “we have to give you a refund because we don’t have anything on your order” then they kept my money. On top of theft/fraud, the service here is consistently terrible. The last time I’d gone the drive through line was out to the road, the lobby was open but was filled with empty donut carts and not an employee in sight. I genuinely don’t know how this location is still open.

How are they still in business?? Every time I go there, there is hardly any donuts, and if there is, they’re old and crusty.. :( Krispy Kreme is my favorite donut place ever, but this one sucks so bad. How do you have a place in cottleville and can’t get your stuff together?! I could deal with attitude if it was just the attitude that was the problem.. But that wasn’t even the biggest problem. THEY NEVER HAVE DONUTS 😭
