  At around 4:40pm on April 6th, I was inside your restaurant picking up a mobile order. While we sat and waited, I proceeded to watch your main cook on the line not once change his gloves. I saw him scratch his ears around the headphones you make them wear multiple times. I watched him adjust his glasses multiple times, and pull out his phone and scrolling multiple times, all while wearing the same gloves he was making customer food with. I'm a state certified food handler. I'm legally obligated to report you to the health department for this. Which I am going to be doing. I felt it prudent to give you the benefit of the doubt, as well as your customers the insight of what is occurring. To put it bluntly, the scratching of his ears transfers sweat and other possible hazards to food. The adjusting of his glasses introduces food to sweat and little metal shavings if the glasses are older and worn. But the touching of his phone introduces any number of problems. Fecal matter, sexual fluids, just to name a couple of the hazards. It's suggested that you retrain your staff on proper food handling procedures.

  I wasn’t given time to think or answer. I was constantly interrupted, and the attitude was rude and disrespectful. Unacceptable.

  The staff here is incredibly rude. The drive-thru attendant makes no effort to have their voice audible. There’s an older woman that’s courteous, but the rest of the employees don’t want to be there. Bad aura and terrible service.

  Very short attitude from staff, missing food item. If you’re going to be rude at least get the order correct.
