Only about 5 cars in the drive through. But it took us 30 mins just to get a Frosty. And right before we pulled up to the window...they tried to give my Frosty to the car in front of us.

Walked in and try to say somthing I got caught off right off the bat she didn't even left me talk and when it was my turn to talk was rude with her response I was here on Wed April 8th at 10:51 at night the older lady shouldn't be mean or rude to the customers I have nothing against older lady's or old people in general but you could she wasn't having it

We just had the most amazing experience we have ever had in a Wendy’s drive-thru. We were greeted with the robotic voice that asks if we wanted a frosty tag for our key chain, which we replied yes. And then, Markayla welcomed us to Wendy’s. She has the most pleasant voice that radiated positivity and didn’t make us feel was a disingenuous customer service one. It was the same energy and kindness was continued thru as she completed our transaction at the window.
We will absolutely be making this location our preferred store because of the superb drive-thru service we witnessed tonight.
