    Grossly incompetent made me wait for 25 mins to realize that they have given my order off to someone else and then when they realized, ahowed attitude talking in the back " so what does he want, does he want the refund or want us to make it" Would not recommend this place. Really terrible service.

    1030pm order inside. 1047pm, no progress at all on my order. Drive through gets priority so despite there being many workers on the shift my order keeps getting delayed because there are still cars in the drive through. My lunch break was 30 minutes. Fast food restaurant, not serving dining in patrons in a timely manner. Canceled order and left. I was instructed to wait quietly by the staff as other patrons were. I had already patiently checked on my order once before. Another 5 minutes later it still isnt even started. Lost patience and demanded a refund. Taco Bell used to be a great place to eat. But twice as expensive, unable to get food, No, Not a place to eat anymore. The Grindstone/Nifong location also needs to attend to cleanliness in rest room. The standard stall womens room toilet seat needs to be replaced, worn out, unable to sanitize properly, also no toilet paper stocked, loose roll in accessable stall, personal waste matter smeared across toilet lid. I realize they are busy serving drive through clients, but for those dine in patrons deserve better.

    Closes earlier than they say they do, yet they still accept online orders. So I drive across town to get told when im there "sorry we are closed come back tomorrow". What a god damn waste of time. This has happened multiple times at this point and I'm fed up with it. No problems with the food or service otherwise, if I can even GET my food.

    I ordered on the mobile app and came to the drive thru, they gave me the wrong order so I came back and gave it back to them. Only for them to give me the wrong order AGAIN. The manager is what this guy seemed like was VERY RUDE, seeming like it was my fault somehow. Overall the rudest manager i’ve seen. Don’t be surprised by anything at this location. Only the other workers seemed nice and appreciative.
