  Caramel apple and chocolate empandas are good. Drive through order at Providence Taco Bell, no wait, good and friendly service.

  Constantly messing up orders - e.g. ordered a beer grilled cheese burrito ($6 btw) and was given a cheesy bean and rice ($2.50) grilled with cheese on the outside instead, items missing often, or made incorrectly and missing ingredients. One time I was missing my Crunchwrap and pulled around to ask about it and was refused service due to an emergency apparently, and never was able to get refunded for it… I really wish this location could get it together.

  i’ve never had a good experience at this Taco Bell. The staff are insanely rude and the wait times are ridiculous. They choose when to close the lobby and still allow pick up mobile orders. I placed an order to pick up in the lobby on the app and get there only to get screamed at by the manager that the lobby is closed and they won’t serve me. Don’t waste your time or money here. Your experience will only consist of waiting hours for the wrong order and having to deal with the rudest customer service ever.
