- JJJaydon4 days ago1.0There was a couple of homeless people in there when I went in there I get there's homeless people but they where sleeping in there and it stank I was there for at least 30 mins they need to get a routine or somthing in there they just where mainly focused on the drive through I got a ignored for the first 4 mins I was in there I love taco bell but not this one it need some work I wish I had a better experience

The employee at the window didn’t say a single word—not a greeting, not the total, nothing. They just stared, grabbed my card, and handed the food over without acknowledging me at all. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If your staff can’t manage even basic customer interaction, something is seriously wrong. I expect better from Taco Bell, and this location needs to address its customer service issues immediately.
