The employee working the counter wasn’t wearing a name tag however had a tattoo on his right arm along with his AirPods in. His behavior was extremely rude and abrasive from the start. He spoke in a dismissive tone, acted irritated by basic questions, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. He spoke to the people after with the same tone and demeanor.

I gave up but was sitting near there with my other food and the person in front of me waited even longer. rang the bell 4-5x and still nothing.. you can see them both in the back standing around chatting....
