- MRMia RuppelMar 22, 20221.0I ordered a footlong online using the app. I then received an email 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup saying that my order was canceled. I walked up to the counter asking why my order was canceled and got an immediate “we never got it” response. Nobody even bothered to check what may have went wrong. I tried explaining that I ordered online using Apple Cash and that I had no other funds on me. I was presented with immediate attitude and confusion from the cashier. You could tell she didn’t want to be there. She treated me as an inconvenience and didn’t offer any solution other than “buy something else” which I physically couldn’t do, so I had no other choice but to leave.
