  Employees here need hygiene training. The drive through window employee was covered in something crusty with long, grimey nails. I wont be coming back here, it took 25 minutes to get 2 drinks and the employee who handed them to us was visibly dirty - we didnt even get straws or our recipt. We didnt consume the beverages we were so disgusted.

  It took 37 minutes to get a slushy in the drive thru... nobody else in drive thru... and I ordered a head. Dont ever order a head and get stuck paying without your food

  I ordered ahead on the app while sitting here at the car hop spots and waited thirty mins for cold food . This is beyond ridiculous. If I waited that long it should be at least like warm. I’m not always picky about food being a bit on the warmer side, rather than hot and right out the grease. But I just got off work and I’m tired after working a 16 hour shift, and have to be back to work in less than 7 hours from now. And didn’t feel like cooking tonight, which on my part is where my mistake was made, because very rarely do I stop and order food for my kids, but tonight I just couldn’t cook. And I most definitely should have anyway. Cause this is BS

  I asked for a dirty coke with NO coconut and lime…literally gave me carbonated water with coconut and lime!!!
