  Ordered for rapid pick up, over an hour before I needed to pick up, Shoes up at pick up time and still had to wait 20+ minutes for my food. It was brought out without apology and just thrown on the puck up shelf. Do better!!!!

  Made mobile order, was told it was READY, ALL complete in separate email, AND TO go to pick up. I went, and waited 35 minutes, 20 at the window after i told them my order. I then was told they didn't get the order. Another 10 minutes I was told it was on hold. Another 10 minutes, someone said it was coming. Another 3 minutes the manager gave it ti me. 48 minutes is to long to wait.

  I do not like giving bad reviews but I must protect people from dirty ovens, employees not wearing head nets, baked products exposed to air. There is a new manager thats trying to get things cleaned up but I was there 2 months ago and the kitchen area is just still a disaster!! Their menu is not up to date by phone with whats actually be provided. I will not eat there ever untill they get a deep overhaul!! Beware and dont get sick!!!

  So after being trapped in a drive thru line for 45 minutes. I get to the speaker to order and after sitting for another 5 minutes and saying hello several times a voice says “hey before you order it’s going to be a 45 minute wait for your food.” I told them I have already been sitting in line for 45 minutes and can’t get out . Her response was “well sorry I’m by myself back here and you’ll have to wait until they get their food to leave the line”… I love Panera’s and go to the location on Nifong and typically never write bad reviews but an hr and a half at 2:30pm is ridiculous for a chicken sandwich and chips. You guys need to staff better or something . Really frustrating.

  I waited 30 minutes in the drive through line for my mobile order. The line never moved so I went inside. No cashiers so I went over to the pick up area. I asked the guy waiting if he had been helped he said no they had just been ignoring him. I asked one of the guys if he knew if my order had been completed and if I could just grab it since I was inside he responded I don’t know I don’t know hatefully then went back to ignoring the two of us waiting. I went back to my car and have been waiting for another 30 minutes with only one other car moving. The customer service here sucks as well as the speed of service. The owners need to do something about this
