  We came in on March 29 At around 9:30 AM and we’ve ordered six macaroons and we’ve been ordering these for the past year and this is the best they have ever been so whoever made them would like to say thank you and you did a really really good job. Thank you so much for caring about making the macaroons.

  At first there was an issue with our order and we ended up paying to fix it. Then I showed a receipt and realized it was not our fault and after fixing our order, they gave us a free pastry as an apology. Best service.

  Ordered a toasted bagel with butter on the side and coffee. Got the bagel just warm and butter frozen. Did not eat bagel-went for coffee-it was cold, added half&half., it was skim milk. I don’t know if their owners train them or just pick them up from the street..Although I must say girl was very kind and offered a free muffin but insisted to pay. I am visiting from Canada for couple of months. I am not going to eat Panera at all for these two months.
