  This is the 2nd time in the last couple of months they forgot part of my order. I had two items, I got one today. So now I have to call the store, they tell me I have to come in to get a refund. It's honestly stealing. Check your orders better, or close your doors.

  Rudest restaurant staff I’ve ever encountered (managers are helpful, but every other employee treats customers like scum of the earth), orders are constantly wrong or incomplete, and wait times are way longer than necessary. Absolutely do not waste your time or money here.

  Horrid experience. A cultural abomination. The food is hardly edible. Flavorless, as I've had better food at Buc-ees gas station in Springfield, MO. No employees available, only LED screens. No music, no atmosphere. The whole building looks like a public school or government prison.

  Depressing how many times the staff forgets items I paid for like fries or even sandwiches. I’ve even tried leaving reviews to hopefully receive the food I paid for but no response. Not a very good experience or customer service. If I go here it’s only because of close proximity and I order very small quantities of simple items like a double cheeseburger. They frequently mess my orders up here

  This place is absolutely horrible in every way. The way they even talk to you is just unbelievably ignorant. The absolute worst experience I've ever had. The food was cold and tasteless. The only smile you get is when they're taking your money. If I could give 0 stars all around I would. I will never stop at another McDonald's again after this entire experience. I am completely mortified that they could treat the people that pay their salary like garbage. NEVER AGAIN. My advice to anyone, go to Taco Bell, at least there they treat you with respect.
