  Pulled in drive thru at 9:02 pm on 3/5/26, it’s now 9:39pm and still waiting on someone to ask for my order at speaker. Ordered thru there app and already paid! So I’m getting my food one way or another. Received cold good at 9:45. Without my drink! Freaking joke bro!!

  I’ve never waiting 40 minutes at a McDonald’s to get food before. The staff is very very very slow.

  I ordered 2 things for breakfast have been standing here for over 20 minutes the employees will look me and other people also waiting for their food not say anything and only focus on the drive through I will never return to this location the wait time is the lobby is atrocious I understand drive through times are a thing but so is customer satisfaction

  Cashier put my order in wrong and did not really know the food menu. They were out of large coffee cups so I ordered 3 medium with 2 cream each but the order was in as small. Received medium coffee with no cream and had to go back in. Ordered 3 oatmeal and did not receive apples/raisins. Asked for them and received one only. Almost forgot to give me e the milk I ordered. A little boy was waiting for his order and they ignored him until I brought it to their attention. I did get credit for the drink to that cashier added that I had not ordered. Total disorganization and basic lack of customer service and internal communication. We camp and when on the road use McDonald's in the morning for coffee and oatmeal. We've been to many and this was one of the worst.

  It took over 20 minutes to get 6 drinks and several people were able to order and get their food after I cam and confirmed I was there to pickup my order. My order was over 10 minutes late after the pickup time for drinks. Also, this seems to be an IT issue rather than the employees and has happened many times I've went there.
