  Not sure how this location hasn’t been flagged by the franchise yet. The food is what you’d expect from Jimmy John’s, but the service is painfully slow and the drive-thru is closed the majority of the time.

  Waited in the drive through for 48 minutes just in time to place my order and sat there another 5 minutes for them to tell me that it would be another 30 MINUTES to make a sandwich. I understand being short staffed and it being the lunch rush, but you should had sent someone outside to tell the 15 cars in line that this was the scenario. I wasted my entire lunch hour and still have no lunch but had to be back at work. Do better!!!!!

  Three stars because the food was good (I was surprised by how tasty the chicken gyro was!) Clearly there are management issues. There wasn’t anyone there when I pulled up to the drive thru speaker yet I had to drive up to the window to get someone’s attention. Thankfully I came at a time when nobody else was there, as based on previous comments, it sounds like they cannot handle crowds. I hope JJ corporate helps this place out. Definitely has a lot of potential!

  Arrived at 2:00 PM through the drive thru and was told it was going to be a 20-minute wait. I appreciated the warning. This store is notorious for long waits due to staff shortages. I’ve been here on/off for over 3 years and it is the same story.

  Don't bother stopping here. Unorganized and slow. Recommend management stop in and address things ASAP.
