The employee sweeping sighed loudly when we arrived and once we got up to the counter spoke to us with clear irritation saying they would be with us in a minute. After waiting five minutes while they continued to sweep and despite the restaurant being empty except one customer who was already eating and the grill staff not being busy, the lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome, so we decided to leave.

The staff were very friendly and provided great customer service. The space is roomy and there is a nice patio when the weather is warm. Lots of parking too, however, depending on how busy it is in this shopping center, entry and exiting can be a bit troublesome. Otherwise everything else was a great experience.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
