So, if you're coming from Clark Lane, you physically cannot go to this Wendy's without going through the interchange and finding a place to turn around and come back, which is absurd. Once you get to this Wendy's, the service, like most Clark Lane fast food joints, is not good.

I had to leave before I was late for work . All I ordered was 2 Jr bacon cheese burgers and a unsweetened tea .total time frame over 20 minutes 1 car in front of me.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food. In that time, maybe one car came through the drive-thru. The woman working the counter and packing orders seemed completely out of it. I watched her pick up the same empty bag over ten times and put it right back. She kept rotating the receipts, putting sauces in the bag, taking them out, then repeating the whole process. It was painful to watch. When we finally got our food, one bag was ice cold. One order was also missing the extra sauces we paid for, even though they were clearly listed on the receipt she had been staring at for over 30 minutes. When I asked for them, she acted annoyed and had an attitude. Horrible experience. The Wendy’s on the south side isn’t perfect, but they’ve never done us this wrong.
