  My anticipation for a perfect late-night dinner after work was met with utter disappointment and borderline frustration. I ordered a combo with a taco and a grilled cheese burrito, one cantina chicken taco, a cantina chicken quesadilla, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and a beefy 5 layer burrito, and what arrived was an incomplete, insulting fraction of what I actually paid for. Specifically, my grilled cheese burrito and cheesy fiesta potatoes were completely AWOL. They vanished! And my cantina chicken quesadilla was only the regular chicken quesadilla. Disappointing. Did they decide to take an unscheduled road trip? This isn't just about the dollar amount, though you did charge me for food I didn't receive. It's about the principle and the massive inconvenience. I now have half a meal, and I am going without my favorite item. This shows a complete lack of attention to detail and care from your staff. Double-checking an order is the bare minimum of your job, and you failed at the most basic step.

  I work overnight shifts an this is one of the few places on my side of town that is open late. The first night 11/5/25 I showed up at 1245 and was told they were only accepting mobile and cash only orders. Okay I get it card reader could be down. The second time 11/6/25 I showed up at 128 an again was told they were only accepting mobile or DoorDash orders… Why are you saying you’re open later when you won’t even serve people coming through the drive thru? It’s ridiculous. Don’t advertise being open till 2am if you aren’t going to serve those who come in at later times.

  Erin(aron) however you spell it. She slammed the window and refused to give me her name until a manager told me. Had no name tag, wouldnt have known she was a customer and not an emplyee if management would not have stepped in. She was wearing a pink zip up hoodie and extremely rude. Stop asking if people want to donate to charity when they are the charities!!!! Call me! I want to speak with someone. $2.76 for a meal is cheaper than the grocery store. How do customers become the charity????

  One staff member continually socialized with a former employee who was leaning and hanging all over the counter. Aren't people here to work. Some are and apparently some are not!!

  They have terrible customer service, god forbid you pick up your own food and aren't a delivery driver, you get ignored for 20+ mins. With 5 people on the line. Save yourself the hassle, the only good tbell is on stadium and i70.
