My anticipation for a perfect late-night dinner after work was met with utter disappointment and borderline frustration. I ordered a combo with a taco and a grilled cheese burrito, one cantina chicken taco, a cantina chicken quesadilla, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and a beefy 5 layer burrito, and what arrived was an incomplete, insulting fraction of what I actually paid for. Specifically, my grilled cheese burrito and cheesy fiesta potatoes were completely AWOL. They vanished! And my cantina chicken quesadilla was only the regular chicken quesadilla. Disappointing. Did they decide to take an unscheduled road trip?
This isn't just about the dollar amount, though you did charge me for food I didn't receive. It's about the principle and the massive inconvenience. I now have half a meal, and I am going without my favorite item. This shows a complete lack of attention to detail and care from your staff. Double-checking an order is the bare minimum of your job, and you failed at the most basic step.
