  i’ve never had a good experience at this Taco Bell. The staff are insanely rude and the wait times are ridiculous. They choose when to close the lobby and still allow pick up mobile orders. I placed an order to pick up in the lobby on the app and get there only to get screamed at by the manager that the lobby is closed and they won’t serve me. Don’t waste your time or money here. Your experience will only consist of waiting hours for the wrong order and having to deal with the rudest customer service ever.

  1. Drive thru closes randomly. 2. Promptly got locked in after employee asked us if we were waiting on an order. 3. Waited an hour for a mobile order that said it was ready only to realize somebody else had taken it. 4. Extremely slow 5. Consistently messes up food orders. Puts sauce on items even if you ask for none. Received an extra item not ordered.

  Amazing people here. You can tell they’re working their butts off. They haven’t messed up a single order of mine for as long as I can remember. They accidentally made an extra quesadilla. Instead of throwing it away they gave me 2. This isn’t the first act of kindness I’ve seen firsthand. One thing I know for sure is that I’ll keep coming back here!
