    1. Drive thru closes randomly. 2. Promptly got locked in after employee asked us if we were waiting on an order. 3. Waited an hour for a mobile order that said it was ready only to realize somebody else had taken it. 4. Extremely slow 5. Consistently messes up food orders. Puts sauce on items even if you ask for none. Received an extra item not ordered.

    Amazing people here. You can tell they’re working their butts off. They haven’t messed up a single order of mine for as long as I can remember. They accidentally made an extra quesadilla. Instead of throwing it away they gave me 2. This isn’t the first act of kindness I’ve seen firsthand. One thing I know for sure is that I’ll keep coming back here!

    This Taco Bell is fast, efficient, and friendly. You can taste that everything is made fresh when you order it. The only downside is they were short staffed so we had to use the kiosk instead of a person taking the order which seems to take twice as long but it's understandable when you have no help at times

    While in the drive through we were waiting for 15 minutes and one of the managers had to yell outside of the window at employees that were standing outside to get back to work. When we received our food and opened it at home multiple food items were completely wrong. We were also not given certain items in our order. Highly disappointed in this beautiful establishment. Please bring this to your higher ups in the next board meeting. Best of luck -concerned customer
