  Preface: There was a mix up with my food in its preparation, so I called the store to see if they would replace my burrito. Manager DJ spoke with my partner on the phone and assured us we could come pick up a replacement at our earliest convenience. We went for lunch today and DJ showed excellent and over the top customer care. We could not be more grateful for the grace and understanding he handled the situation with. Thank you DJ!!

  Paid $24 for two quesadillas and a cantina chicken bowl. I have a dairy allergy so asked for no sour cream, no cheese. Get up to the window and they say they are out of rice and beans. I said that is fine, can you just do a whole bowl of chicken? They said yes. Still charged me full price after saying they would take it off of our ticket. I receive the bowl - it is covered in cheese and sour cream, has two bites of chicken in it, and is 90% lettuce. Very disappointed and paid full price for a bowl that had my allergen in it and hardly any chicken. Didn't want to go back through the line to tell them because it took 25 minutes to get our food out in the first place

  I went to this location and ordered on the mobile app. The staff were friendly however the food is definitely lacking. A friend and I ordered a box combo each, I asked for strictly no lettuce on my cheesy gordita crunch and got no lettuce or spicy ranch whatsoever. My friend's Gordita crunch was default and uncustomized and also missing spicy ranch. He also did not receive the fiesta potato's or the cinnamons twists he ordered on the side. Additionally it took the better part of 8-10 minutes to get our food. I go to this location about once a month and consistently have issues with my orders.

  These workers are borderline incompetent. Not once have they given me the correct order. This past time I visited I was the only one there. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through after already ordering online. They open the widow and ask me what I ordered and still did not give me all of my food. Very disappointed.

  Stoped to grab food real quick and took about 25 to 30 min just to get two things. This crew works way too slow! Plus the floor seemed like they had cleaned it with oil very slippery
