- EAEmma AlvaradoJan 1, 20262.0The crab Rangoon dip was good but the chips were overcooked, was enjoying my night just grazing the food and having our drinks when I noticed a roach on the seat crawling towards me, we ended up paying our tab and leaving, although working in food industry if that ever happened the entire meal would’ve been comped(not what I was expecting) but I felt as if there should’ve at least been a drink or small discount considering it was new years and we were not done enjoying the evening but then had to immediately leave after seeing that.

Server did not check on us once during the hour and 20 minute period of waiting for our food (keep in mind it was dead) and when we finally got our food she forgot someone’s food and it turns out they ran out of it. Hair was also found in food. The food and environment wasn’t bad but not good enough to make up for bad service, wait time, and all the other little inconveniences. Yes that hair was cooked into the beef.
