    At first there was an issue with our order and we ended up paying to fix it. Then I showed a receipt and realized it was not our fault and after fixing our order, they gave us a free pastry as an apology. Best service.

    Ordered a toasted bagel with butter on the side and coffee. Got the bagel just warm and butter frozen. Did not eat bagel-went for coffee-it was cold, added half&half., it was skim milk. I don’t know if their owners train them or just pick them up from the street..Although I must say girl was very kind and offered a free muffin but insisted to pay. I am visiting from Canada for couple of months. I am not going to eat Panera at all for these two months.

    The order taker was rude. I've been coming here for a while but this time kinda makes me not want to come back. No greeting nothing just the look of im bored don't come up to me. I also asked for no dairy but she clearly didn't hear me. I have a food allergy. Really need to train staff better.
