Consistent. It is not the healthiest maybe but when you are traveling you know the food will be good and the price reasonable. Worth it.

This used to be a decent McDonalds but not anymore. The last few times we went through the drive-thru they were rude. This time they were rude and messed up our order. Ordered a filet meal and a cheeseburger. We were asked what drink we wanted but when we got to the next window we realized it was rung up as a sandwich only and a cheeseburger. We were told we’d have to go back through the drive thru and reorder what they messed up. We won’t be back.

Went through the drive through ordered and had to wait in a pickup spot for 20 minutes and for a quarter pounder. Nobody else was directed to a pickup spot in that time. Drive thru attendant asked if I had gotten my order, turns out they gave it someone else. Took 5 more minutes to “remake” my order. I order a quarter pounder cheese and ketchup only. They gave me double quarter pounder with everything on it but ketchup. Not sure if they did it to be nice and if they did I appreciate it but I just wanted what I ordered. Just annoyed I wasted my time and money on food I don’t want to eat

I ordered on the app way before closing time(the app let me order) and I arrived before closing time. I pulled up to the drive thru and I was told that they were closing for the night and there was no food and they had already counted down. I told the person at the drive thru that I ordered on the app and I made it before closing time and her response was we have no cooked food to sell. She was unapologetic and treated me like I was an inconvenience. And of with that response obviously implied that she didn’t care to even try to correct the situation or try to make an unhappy customer as close to happy as possible. And try to ensure that I would stay a returning customer. So my time and points were wasted because apparently the posted closing time is a huge inconvenience for the employees since they get paid to be at the restaurant, until they decide to inconvenience paying customers that use their hard earned money and time to ensure their job sercurity. Please if the posted closing time isn’t correct could corp please update it to “?”!!!! So as a customer I can choose to take the chance to possibly waste my time and energy to maybe get there before close. Just a friendly suggestion from an annoyed frustrated customer that not only has worked for McDonald’s in the past but has also owned successful retail/service businesses. So I am going to end this with a 5 star rating for unprofessionalism and I won’t be spending my hard earned money or my valuable time at this location ever again.
