While food is usually warm and otherwise what you'd want/expect from a McDonald's, the people who take your orders are often very rude. And it's not a singular person: it's many of them. I understand that my voice doesn't carry very well, and so what I've said doesn't always come through clearly, but I've been sassed so many times when I clarify what I've said or have to speak up it's ridiculous.

When we got to the window is 10:32 we were informed breakfast stopped at 10:30 No exceptions. we had to leave with no food. We had not been to McDonald's in a long, this is another reason not to utilize our facility.
