    If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. After I got off of work I placed an online order, when I arrived I saw the line was out into the street. So i tried to go inside where I saw some other people. The employees were arguing with the customers inside saying they couldn't come in and that it was drive through only for everyone. So hearing the employee yell at the customer to get out, I went ahead and left right behind her because I didn't want to cause issues. I got back in line in my car and waited in line for my order for over an hour (that I did not receieve) I got stuck in the drive through and couldn't get out so I had to politely ask the woman in front of me to move up so I could leave. I went ahead and went straight to the last window and asked for a refund. Still didnt get my food. Wasted over an hour of gas and my time. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible management. If you don't have the hands to be open, DONT STAY OPEN! Ridiculous horrible customer service. I will never come here again!!! Customer service was awful. And i didnt even get my food. I have never left a google review on anything before, and I have never had this horrible of a fast food experience. So angry to the point I came here to write this! Do NOT go to this location!!!

    I repeated myself over 3 times at the drive through and ordered an Oreo McFlurry, fries, and a cheese burger. 1500 points left my rewards on the app and when I got to the window and was handed my receipt, the cheese burger wasn’t on there and she said to talk to the manager about it. I got my McFlurry and friend and asked for the manager. She came up yearling at me about holding up the line and that it’s not on my receipt so I’m not getting it. I told her the lady told me to talk to her and she continued to say I was wrong and lying. Very rude service and my McFlurry was plain vanilla ice cream and the fries were ice cold. Will never be going back

    I dont at all blame the employees for the bad e experience. I blame the general manager for his/her lack of care for the customer experience. Ive been in both day and night and its cushioned and properly staffed, overnight seems like they're getting screwed every night. I personally think the gm should be there suffering as a team if they cant find the people. They're good workers to suffer through the night and not walk out or give up. Hire some people and start giving a crap about your people!!

    I ordered from here at 12 am through Uber Eats. My food arrived an HOUR later. I’m just confused about why my order took that long when I know it wasn’t busy. Additionally, I didn’t get two of my drinks or 3 of my sauces. That’s about $8 missing. This McDonald’s is one of the worst in Columbia. The employees are young, rude, and lack customer service, as I have experienced in the past. I would recommend going to the other stores here for the sake of good service.

    I placed an online order and they told me at the window that they weren’t taking drive thru orders and they’re only taking delivery orders - that doesn’t even make sense. Why wouldn’t you turn off your DoorDash and Uber eats tablets and service the guests that are buying directly from you? And if you aren’t gonna be taking mobile orders, you need to turn off your online ordering so people aren’t wasting their time coming here. When I got to the window and they said that they weren’t taking drive-through orders I told them I didn’t have a drive-through order and I have a mobile order and they just kept repeating themselves instead of saying we’re not taking mobile orders either. To top it off I saw two employees just vibing outside smoking. I get being short staffed and I don’t mind waiting longer but this was actually dumb as hell.
