    The manager, Zachariah, was extremely rude to me on the phone after I called about my order missing an entire sandwich. He was belligerent with me and hung up after saying that they could not refund the sandwich to the original payment. He said I could get credit, but I would have to order over the phone or in person, not online. I order lunch from this location online once a week, and every few months, we get it delivered for staff meetings at my work. I called back and asked him for the regional manager's number. He lied to me and said it would be online. Needless to say, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK to this location and will be calling neighboring stores to find the regional manger's number and file a formal complaint. If you want a sandwich that is freaky fast as advertised to do not order from this location.

    Ordered 2 cold sub took 14 minutes to get in the drive thru so much for freakie fast.

    I wouldn't give you any stars in fact my child was like can you give zero Stars seeing how I ordered you guys said you guys were put in an Uber instead of using your own drivers like you used to have an hour and a half after I ordered I still hadn't received my food I don't know what y'all's problem is when I called up there the person I talked to was rude as all get out told me they didn't know what I was talking about and that someone had just came in and picked up multiple orders all at once and that I would be getting my food soon so therefore I may or may not get what I ordered because y'all don't do quality checks and y'all don't care about your customers

    They repeatedly get the wrong order. They gave me someone elses online order despite me telling them multiple times I do not have an online order. They need to fire or retrain their staff.
