  Arrived at 2:00 PM through the drive thru and was told it was going to be a 20-minute wait. I appreciated the warning. This store is notorious for long waits due to staff shortages. I’ve been here on/off for over 3 years and it is the same story.

  Don't bother stopping here. Unorganized and slow. Recommend management stop in and address things ASAP.

  The floor was really dirty. The door mats were on top of the trash containers making it difficult to throw away garbage. Boxes were stacked so it was difficult to access the bathrooms and trash receptacles.

  We don't live in Columbia but this is regular Jimmy John's when we are here. Staff is always great but tonight we're exceptional. Thanks for a hungry traveling family #nocap
